They are constructed of the toughest marine-grade vinyl with an inflation valve for easy air pressure adjustment. Boaters enjoy that they can hang these fenders horizontally or vertically or use the two rows of the fender’s center holes to tie them as piling cushions.  They are very comfortable as seat cushions.
